Accesory Dwelling Unit: Our existing log home from the 1920's is not very friendly to old people.  The finish floor is about 32" above grade and the hallways, doors, and bathrooms are too narrow or small to accomodate a wheelchair. The new ADU to be built next to the log home is designed to become fully accessible if and when needed. It also gives my mother her own space for her and her cat.  

The plans are provided below, they are free to look at, but if you would like to use them for constrcution, please get permission first. Yes there will be a fee, no it will not be absurd.
